Toby is a great guy, down to earth and very accommodating for whatever your needs are. We booked him for our wedding at Nancarrow Farm and he knew the area so well, how the light would work and managed us and the day perfectly. We met him a few times online before the big day and got to know him and he asks ton of useful questions ahead, making sure you think about how the day will pan out.
We absolutely love our photos and will cherish these for the rest of our lives!

WOW! What more do we need to say. Toby was absolutely amazing throughout our whole journey from planning right up until we received our incredible wedding photos. We meet Toby 18 months before we got married and knew straight away he was the photographer for us. He was friendly, easy going and most importantly made us feel extremely comfortable. He knew exactly what we wanted even when we didn’t. We met with Toby again about a month before to go over things again, we were still pretty clueless to what we wanted but Toby was spot on and filled us with confidence. Toby was an absolute star at our wedding. The photos are amazing, but more than that he was an integral part of our day, a huge amount of fun to be around, liked and respected by the guests and very good at finding the right balance between making people laugh and getting the job done professionally (not always easy). I have no idea how he got around all the places he did to capture the photos of the day, but he nailed it. We are delighted we choose him (and managed to get him!) to create such a beautiful record of our day. He is also excellent at buttonholes (though doesn’t like to admit it).

We managed to book Toby to photograph our wedding at the end of last year. After seeing his portfolio we had high hopes, but the photos he produced were absolutely beautiful and even better than we had hoped! We did an engagement style shoot and then the day itself, and the photos from both were top notch. Toby was really professional and easy to deal with throughout our experience with him. We are based overseas so the majority of the planning was done by Skype – this was really easy and Toby made sure it all worked perfectly. On the day Toby was great – he gave us the right amount of direction and made the whole experience fun! If we could do it all again, we would book Toby every time. Thanks!

Toby made not living in Cornwall but getting married there easy, as most ‘meetings’ were via Skype. From our first call we knew that Toby was the wedding photographer for us, putting us at ease and understanding our needs and concerns. We had a pre-wedding shoot prior to our October wedding and despite my husband and I dreading it (due to a hatred of the camera!), we both thoroughly enjoyed it and look back on it fondly. Toby made us feel at ease, have fun and forget the camera. Not to mention, he introduced us to one of Cornwall’s best kept secret beaches! We LOVED the images he produced from that day and we so excited for the wedding. On the big day itself, Toby once again put us at ease and blended in seamlessly! It felt like he went with the flow yet simultaneously ensured our guests got to were they needed to be for those crucial confetti / sparkler shots, to ensure we kept to our timetable! Incredible! Toby was also very good at coordinating the group shots we requested, as well as the additional ones we added on the day. We just wanted to say a massive thank you for being the most awesome wedding photographer and going with all our whims and wishes – like going to the beach! It was awesome how flexible you were, as plans kept changing throughout the day and you just went with the flow – which was the kind of wedding it was!
